At Love Wool Hub, we want you to absolutely fall in love with your handmade plushies! We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• Unused and unwashed.

• Complete with original tags attached and in its original packaging.

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival! If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at 📧 info@lovewoolhub.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right right away.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Due to the nature of handmade and specialty items, certain products cannot be returned:

• Custom & Personalized Products: Custom-made plushies or personalized orders tailored specifically for you.

• Sale Items & Gift Cards: Final sale items and digital gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

• Perishable or Personal Care Goods: Any perishable items, hazardous materials, or personal care products.

If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please don't hesitate to reach out before ordering!

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the handmade plushie you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item to let you know if the refund was approved.

• Approved Refunds: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Processing Delay: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
